Retail Scoop Shop Team Member

Baker / Ice Cream Maker – Production Team Member
This is a part-time position 8-16 hours per week.
The individual we are looking for is:

Candidates must:
• Have some commercial kitchen experience or extensive home/school kitchen experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to lift 50lb
• Love ice cream
Duties May Include:
• Following recipes to produce every component of our ice cream from the base to flavorings, swirls, baked goods, and inclusions
• Cooking, baking, mixing, chopping, toasting, and the like
• Churning ice cream
• Packing pints of ice cream
• Keeping a clean and sanitary workspace
• Washing equipment and dishes used in production
• Stocking ingredients and maintaining inventory

Front of House / Retail Manager
This is a full time position 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include:
• Overseeing our retail scoop shop and confectionery operations
• Providing exemplary customer service
• Inventory management

• Training new hires and ongoing staff education

Chocolatier / Confectionery Production Staff
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for working with chocolate and confectionery. Some experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
The individual we are looking for is:
• Meticulous and highly detail oriented
• Able to follow specific processes for consistency
• Passionate, interested, and curious about food and ingredients
• Able to adapt to changing environmental factors (temp & humidity)
• Confident, clear communicator
• Eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle any project
• Reliable
Candidates must:
• Be willing to adapt to the needs of the production team
• Have some amount of relevant food service industry experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Notice and care about the details
Responsibilities Include:
• Tempering, moulding and enrobing, and decorating chocolate confections
• Packaging and labeling finished confections
• Inventory management
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
